WHAT WILL BE INCLUDED IN MY BESTPLAY BOX?
EXPERT-DESIGNED DEVELOPMENTAL ACTIVITIES
Each BestPlay Box contains ten expert developed activity cards which will help you to play and engage with your child in a way that supports them in meeting their physical, social, emotional, language and cognitive developmental milestones. We know that, just like us, babies are individuals so you'll always find the perfect mix of games, songs, exercises and sensory activities to suit you and your baby’s interests. Our activities for babies also focus on making life easy for you - so they are all based on using things you already have at home (no elaborate craft activities here!).
TOY AND BOOK
Every BestPlay Box includes a developmentally rich toy and a language-building book which have been chosen by our experts to enhance your child's daily play. We firmly believe that you are the best toy your child could ever have but let's face it, there are some days when you just can't face one more round of peek-a-boo!
(BUT NOT TOO MUCH!)
We know that for most new parents your priority is spending time with your child (not reading academic research!) so every BestPlay Box includes ‘snack-sized’ portions of information explaining how and why each of our activities for babies and resources is important for your child and will enhance their development and help them meet their milestones.
My baby is nearly 3 months old, which BestPlay should I choose?
Firstly, don’t panic! We get this question all the time. The good news is there are still a range of options available to you – we can even make a bespoke box just for you! Why not contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can have one of our experts get in touch with you to discuss your baby’s specific developmental stage and the most appropriate BestPlay option for you.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
With our BestPlay, Every Day option, our BestPlay Boxes are $70 per box (excluding shipping). Individual BestPlay Boxes are $80 per box (excluding shipping)
WHEN WILL MY BESTPLAY BOX SHIP?
In case you haven't already guessed, we're not really into a 'one size fits all' approach around here, so you choose when your first BestPlay Box will ship - no waiting for a particular date! If you choose to receive your BestPlay Box immediately we will aim to have it at your door within 4-7 business days.
Our boxes are designed for the developmental needs of your baby over 3 month periods, so we will ship your second BestPlay Box 3 months after your first box. This should align with your child's next milestone age. If you just can't wait or want your second box to come later, just email us at email@example.com to discuss your preferred delivery date.
WHY EVERY 3 MONTHS?
Don’t worry, we get it! We hate to wait for our favourite stuff too! We promise that there’s actually a good reason to wait for your BestPlay Box.
We send our BestPlay Boxes every 3 months because all children grow and develop in their own unique way. What's right for one at 4 months might only suit another at 6 months. We also know that life with a baby or toddler can be all consuming - we've all had those days where a single load of laundry seems like life's biggest achievement!
So rather than overwhelm you with more things to add to that endless 'to-do' list, we want to give you and your child the time and the space to explore your BestPlay Box at your own pace.
We feel that 3 months strikes the right balance. You'll never run out of things to do in those 3 months, but we hope you also won't have an overwhelming backload of BestPlay activities that you never quite got to!
WHAT ABOUT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
We stand by our BestPlay Boxes. In fact, we love them and we want you to too! We don't offer refunds for change of mind (sorry!), but if your BestPlay Box arrives and it's missing something or is damaged please contact us within 7 days of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we can get you back on track!
Please note that we will need you to return all items in their original state (in their original packaging, unused) and we don't pay for return shipping (sorry again!).
